"How will I know if my technique/form is correct?"

With each workout there is a video and a detailed description that goes through each exercise. Any other problems we can arrange a video call and I can see what you're doing.


"How could this work with my hectic life?"

The beautiful thing about online training is that it can fit around you and your schedule.


"Do I have to cook or eat separately from
loved one?"

Not at all. Most diet advice I go through I try and keep it as realistic as possible. Normally this is determined by your goal.


"What stops me from leaving once I know what I'm doing"?

Thats fine too. Once you feel confident in what you can do you'll go and find new goals. Always remember I'll always be here if you need coaching in your new goal or you want to do another pre-planned package. 


"Isn't online coaching expensive?"

Depending on what type of training you go for. Though it's more affordable than you might think.  One to one hourly training works out much more expensive monthly.

"Can't I get the same information else
where online?"

All types of health, fitness and fat loss information is out there in the world for all to see. The down side is that information isn't designed around you, no one can tell you if what you are doing is wrong or can cause any issues, it becomes guess work..
