Jay Nash Fitness not only helps you achieve your ideal body composition, I also simplify nutritional jargon for easy understanding and enjoyable results. 

Like many people, I have struggled with not only my weight but my eating habits too. Starving myself all day only to binge late at night. This started becoming a regular thing as I got older and I started living on my own.

I would secretly over indulge hiding wrappers and take away boxes so no one would see them.

Over the years I studied nutrition and exercise,
to worked towards achieving my personal training qualification which opened up my mind to how the body works. My time as a diabetic
 educator  showed me that there was a much simpler way to lose weight, build muscle and manage it without having to go on a diet or count calories.
This prompted me to gain more qualifications in nutrition and a few other areas too.
